RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0.31-57.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield, p.uPsuant to
the provisions of 'Ordinance No. 1124, New Series, did, on the 3rd day
of June, 1957, pass Resolution No·. 31-57 fixing the ·meeting dates
.the City Council on the first and third Mondays during the' months of
July and August of each year, and
WHEREAS, this Council· has determined .that two meetings a month
are insufficient to transact the business of the Oity and that the
regular ·meetings of the Council should be .held each and every week.
.NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, that commencing on the 5th day of'July,~ 1960, the regu-
lar meetings of the Council' shall be held .as proV{ded by said
Ordinance No. 1124, New Series of the city-Of Bakersfield.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED ·that Resolution No. 3i~57 be and the
same is hereby rescinded.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at'an adJOurned
