RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING WOE IN THE
MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS, GUTTERS,
SIDEWALKS, PAVING AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS. ON
LAKEVIEW AVENUE AND THE. INTERSECTIONS OF ALL
INTERSECTING STREETS.BETWEEN THE.NORTH BOUNDARY
OF. THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC ASPHALT0 BRANCH RIGHT
OF WAY AND. THE NORTH LINE OF iOTH STREET WITHIN
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. ?3? IN SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Bakersfield, State of Calif-
ornia, pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911",
being Division VII of the Streets and Highways Code of the State
of California, does resolve as follows:
The said City Council of said City does hereby order the
following work to be done and improvement to be made in said City,
to wit:
The construction of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, curbs
and gutter returns, cross gutters in and the widen-
ing and paving of LAKEVIEW AVENUE and the intersection
of all intersecting streets between the north boun-
dary of the Southern Pacific Asphalto Branch right of
way and the north line of 10TH STREET, and the ac-
quisition of the necessary additional real property
for the purpose of such construction,
the same being in Public Improvement District No. 737 in said
City.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield on the
27th day of June, 1960, by the following vote:
