RESOLUTION REQUESTING FISCAL AGENT TO
TRANSFER CERTAIN SUMS FROM THE SURPLUS
REVE~UJE FUND TO THE OPERATION AND MAIN-
TENANCE FUND UNDER RESOLUTION N0.75-55-
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakers-
as follows:
That pursuant to subdivision (6)(a:) of section 5.08
of Article V of Resolution No. ~75-55, the FisCal Agent is hereby
authorized and directed to transfer the. sum of Three Thousand
Seven Hundred Six and 12/100 Dollars ($3,706.12) from the Surplus
Revenue Fund to Operation and Maintenance Fund for the purpose
of liquidating unbudgeted Off-Street Parking Project expense.

I MEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 31st day of May, 1-960, by the following
