RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
IN THE MATER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF LAKEVIEW
AVENUE ANDALL INTERSECTIONS OF INTERSECTING
STREETS BETWEEN THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE
SOUTHERN PACIFIC ASPHALTO BRANCH RIGHT OF WAY
AND THE NORTH LINE OFItQTH STREET WITHIN
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. ?3? IN THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, California,
in compliance with the order of this City Council of said City, has
submitted to this City Council the estimate of the cost of, the map
of the district to be benefited by, and.the plans and specifications
for the improvement work and construction hereinafter described] and
WHEREAS, after Consideration thereof this City Council desires
at this time to adopt and approve the said plans and specifications]
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this City Council of the City
of Bakersfield that the plans and specifications as prepared by the
City Engineer of the said City, which were submitted and filed with
the City Clerk of said City this 12th day of May , 1960,
be and the same are hereby adopted and approved as and for the plans
and specifications for the following improvement work and construction
to be done in the City of Bakersfield, to wit:
The construction of curbs, gutters, sidewalks,
curb and gutter returns, cross gutters in and
the widening and pavingof Lakeview Avenue and
the intersections of all intersecting streets
between the North boundary of the Southern
Pacific Asphalto Branch right of way and the
North line of 10th Street and the acquisition
of the necessary additional real'property for
the purpose of such construction.
That all of the above described work and improvement shall be
of the sizes and dimensions and done in the manner and places and to
the grades as shown and indicated on the plans and specifications
herewith adopted.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly ~p_assed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield on the
