RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD CALLING FOR THE REDE~,IPTION OF
SERIES A OFF-STREET PA~KING REVENUE BONDS.
NOS. A.-77~' to A-755 INCLUSIVE, FOR PUBLI-
CATION OF NOTICE OF REDENPTi0N OF SAID
BONDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE FISCAL AGENT
TO KEDEEi~ SAID BONDS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No~ 75~55of .'the counci-1-
Of the City of' Bakersfield, adopted November 14, 1955~ and pur-

That said'Bonds A-779 'to A~755, inOlusiVe,-.shall be
· deemed on. june 1,. 1980, and that the 'Cro. cke~Anglo .Na]~Onal Bank,
-successors.- to t he Anglo-Calif0rnia .National Bank, the' Fi s.Oel Agent
Under said ResOlution No. 75-55, be 'and it"is. hereby, 'authoriZed
