· LANE AND PALM STREET, EXCEPTING THE NORTH SIDE
0F' BRUNDAGE LANE, ALSO ALONG DODGE AVENUE AND
· . EMERY AVENUE BETWEEN BALBOA DRIVE AND SANDRA
.. DRIVE, EXCEPTING THE.-EAST SIDE OF SANDRA DRI.VE,
IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
· .. WHEREAS, the City Engineer 'of the city .of Bakersfield, Cali-
fornia, in Compliance with the order 0f this City Council Of said
· City, has submitted to this City Council the estimate of the cost of,
the map' of the district to be benefited by, and the plans and speci-
fications for .the improvement work and construction hereinafter
described; and "" .
WHEREAS, after due consideration,thereof, this'City Council
"·desires. at this time to adopt and approve Saidplans·.and-specifications,
cost estimates and map of the district·to.be benefited.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the CounCil of the City of
Bakersfield, thatrthe plans and specifications, estimates of cost,
and district map Of the district to be benefited, as prepared by the.
City Engineer of said City, which were submitted and filed with the
Cit'yClerk Of said City on the 25th day of. April, 1960, be.and the·
same are hereby adopted and appr'oved for the f~oliowing imprbvement work'
and construction to be done in the City of Bakersfield, t0.~wit:

inclusive, Lots 30 to 42, inclusive, Lots 75'tb
+'·- 106, inclusive, of Tract 1397, ·and Lots 131+to 140,
inclusive, and Lots 1 to 54, inclusive, Tract 1530,
City of Bakersfield, California.

That all of the above described work and improvement shall
be done in pursuance of the "Improvements Act of 1911" being '.Division
7 of the Streets. and Highways COde' of the~ state of. california.
The plan! for said work is delineated on a~ plan. consisting of
three sheets, entitled "Plan for Pu~liC"Improvement District No. 749.''$

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of' Bakersfield, at a regular meet-
