RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF SUPER-
VISORS TO CANVASS THE RETURNS OF THE NOMINATING
MUNICIPAL ELECTION FOR THE OFFICE OF MAYOR TO
BE HELD ON JUNE 7, 1960.
BE IT RESOLVED, by. the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Kern is hereby auth-
orized to canvass t-he returns of: the Nominating Municipal Election
for the office' of Mayor to be held' June 7, 1960, and tO certify the
resul~ of the' canvass of said returns to the Council of the' City of
Bakersfield.
