THE SAME TO BE PROPOSED AS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT N0. 749, IN.THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELDo
WHEREAS, the City Council of. the City of 'BakerSfield has duly
found and determined that the owners of more than sixty per. cent
(60%o) of' the area of the property subject to assessment signed and
.duly filed s written petition for improvement work hereinafter
scribed, as evidenced by Resolution No. :~.o-60 of this City
Council of Said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~SOLVED by the City Council of the ~I_..

shall be of the sizes and dimensions and done in the-manner and

specifications therefor, to be approved and adopted by this .City
