A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL. OF THE CITY QF'
BAKERSFIELD PRESCRIBING THE HOLIDAYS' 'DURING,
THE YEAR 1960,' ,TO, WHICH ALL EMPLOYEES OF T}i:E
,'GITY OF BAKERSFIEJ:,D SHALL BE ENTITLED.
WHEREAS" sL1.bdivision (a) of Section 10 of Ordi:Q.ahce No. 1261,
New Series ,'provides that all e,mployees o~ ,theCi ty shall be entitled
to, eight holidays per year, which ~aidh~lidays shall be selected and
enumerated by re$olution, of the Council dlir,ing the. m~nth of ,D"ecember
preceding each .calendar year for which said'holidays ar~ to be selected.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED' 'by'the Council of theCi ty of,
