RESOLUTION NO~
84-59
WHEREAS; the Planning Commission of th~ City of Bakersfield,
did, on the 4th day of November, 1959, pass its resolution finding
that the inclusion of an additional tise, to wit: Taxicah Terminal in
a C-2 (Commercial) Zone, _would not be more obnoxious or detrimental
to the we Ifare of the communi ty than fhe perml t ted uses. spec if ica lly
mentioned in Section _10.01 of Or~inanceNo. 1010, New Series, and
. WHEREAS, the Council of the City.of'Bakersfield ~as considered
said matter and .does find that the inclusion of said additional use
in said zone, as hereinabove set forth~will riot be mote obnoxious
or detrimental to the \rJelfar.e of the community than the permitted uses
specifically mentioned. in Sections 10.01 of 'Z5:>t\(ingcOrdrlnanc;e', ~',::
No. 1010, New Series.
NOW" THERBFGRE, pursuant to S~ction l7~.03of Ordinance No~ 1010,
New Series,' of' the City,of Bakersfield', the Council of said City does
,-HEREBY RESOLVE that the additional use, to wit: Taxicab Terminal, be
and the same is hereby included as a specifically permitted use in a
C-2 (Commerc ia 1) Zone.
