RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL Of THECITY.bF
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, OVERRUL1NG PRO-
TESTS MADE IN CONNECTION WITH ,RESOLUTION
OF INTENTION NO. 743.CONCERNING CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENT WORK IN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 743 IN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, certain prote,sts, were filed pro,testing against the

doing of the work and' improvement invo~ved in and 10 accordance with

Resolution of Intention No. 143, or against the ~ssessrnent ,district; and
WHEREAS ~ the Ci ty Counc,i 1 has carefully 'cons idered the protests
and objections and have considered the area.of the district represented
by said protests.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this City Council. of the City
of Bakersfield that it does herebyfiild and determine that said protests

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each and all of the said protests
