RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS;
CAREFUL ESTIMATES., AND DISTRICT MAP IN THE
.MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS ON
THE EAST SIDE OF REAL ROAD AND THE EAST AND
WEST SIDES OF WESTERN DRIVE ALL BETWEEN BANK .
STREET AND PALM STREET, ALSO. DESCRIBED AS
.FRONTING ON LOTS 109 TO 130, INCLUSIVE, AND
LOTS 141 TO 184, INCLUSIVE, AND THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF SIDEWALKS ON . THE SIDEYARDS OF LOTS
109,. 130, 141, 162, 163 AND 184, ALL IN TRACT
1530, CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, ALL
WITHIN PROPOSED. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 743, IN THE CI'rY 'OF BAKERSFJELP!' CALIF.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, Cali-
fornia, in compliance with the order of this. City Council of said
City, has submitted to this City Council theestimate.of the cost
.of, the I!1ap of the district .to be beneffted by, and the plans and
specifications for the improvement work and construction hereinafter
described.; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration thereof; .this' City Council
desires at this time to adopt and approve said plans and specifica-
'. tions, cost' estimate.s and map of the district to be benefited.
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of
Bakersfield, that the plans .and specifications, estimates of coat,
and district map of the district to be benefited, as prepared by the
Ci ty Engineer of said City, wh1chwere subrili tted and filed with the
Clty Clerk of said City on the 12th day of October, 1959, be, and the
. same are hereby adopted and approved for the following :1,mprovement work
and construction to be done in the City of Bakersfield, to wit:
Construction.,of sidewalks fronting. on Lots 109
to 130, inclusive, and Lots 141 to~184, inclu-
sive, and on the sideyards of Iiots'109, 130,
. 141, 162,.163 and 184, all in Tract 1530, City
