PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT.DISTRICT NO. 743, IN'THE.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit? Council ofihe City of Bakersfield'
that in regards %o the improvements 'hereinafter described, %he owners
of more %had sixty per cent [60~)of %he area of'~he property Subject
to assessments for the proposed improvement Work'have signed and
filed with the City Clerk of %he City of"Bakersfield,. who is.the
Ex-officio Clerk of the City Council o'f~%he City of Bakersfield, the
legislative b0dyundertaking said proceedingS, a Written petition
for said improvements a~d awaive~ of %he fnvest.fgation and othSr
requirements provided by the Special Assessment InVeStigation, Limi-
tation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, in tonfiectfon with said
proposed improvement work and construction. The Said improvement
work and const.ruction to be' done in. Said City of"Bakersfield, is
