CiTY OF BAKERS- FIELD FIXING A 'TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING PROTESTS BY PERSONS OWNING REAL PROPERTY WITHIN TERRITORY PROPOSE TO BE ANNEXED. ~..= WHEREAS, a petition was filed.with the Coua~cil of the City of Bakersfield on the 31st day' Of March, 195.9, requesting that certain uninhabited territory therein deSc~ibed"be annexed to and incorporated within the City of Bskersfield, and "' WHEREAS, said petition was signed by the 'owners of all of the territory proposed to be annexed NOW, 'T~EFORE, in compliance .wt~h the provisions of the Annexation 'of Uninhabited~ TerritOry Act of 1939, y Chapter 297, as amended, BE IT RESOLVED by the 0euncil '0f the City of Bakersfield, as fellows: That the boundaries of 'the'territory so proposed..~to be annexed to the City of Bakersfield are desCribed. as'follows: A parcel of land situate in'the COunty.of Kern, Stateof California, being a-portion of Section 35', Township 29 South, Range 27 East, M.D.M.,.aCcording to the official plat of the survey of.said land on file in the Bureau of .... Land Management, more particularly described as'fOllows: Commencing at the Southeast corner 0f Said Section thence.
