RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING OFFICIAL STATEMENT.
The Council of the City of Bakersfield,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
that the Official Statement to be sent to prospective
bidders for the "MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BONDS, 1959,"
of the City of Bakersfield, having been presented to
this Council, is hereby approved.
