RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ENCROACHMENTS
ALONG RIGHT 0F' WAY ON H STREET, IN THE CITY
0F BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
WEEREAS, the, City of Bakersfield is acquiring a c.ertain
right of way on and along the west portion of H Street for future
street purposes which contains certain structures which do not
constitute, at the present time, an obstruction to the use of
said property by the City untilI the actual widening of said street,
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of some of the property owners
that such encroachments be continued on said right of way until it
becomes necessary to remove such encroachments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield, that 'where, in the opinion of the City Engineer,
'such encroachments will not interfere with the proposed work of
improvement, that said encroachmerits be permitted to remain until
such time as it will become necessary to remove such encroachments,
and that the Mayor~ is hereby authorized to sign the necessary
instruments permitting such encroachments upon the terms and condi-
tions heretnabove set forth.
