RESOLUTION SETTING THE HOURS FOR THE OPENING
AND CLOSING OF POLLS FOR THE MUNICIPAL NOMINAT~

FIEL-D ~ND FOR AN ELECTION TO BE EELD IN TKE
BAKERSFIELD SCHOOL DISTRICT ON THE 24th DAY 07
WiERF~fi, a municipal nominating sloerich will be held
in the City of Bakersfield on the 24th day of March, 1959, for
the purpose of filling the office of councilman for the full term
of four years as prescribed therefor by the Charter of the City
of Bakersfield, for the following:
SECOND'WARD
FIFTH' WARD
SIXTH WARD

WHEREAS, an election ~,~ilZ bs held in the Bakex~sfield
School 'District f Dr the purpose of electing three members of the
Board of Education of said School District for the full term of
four years.
NOW, Ti~iE~RF01iE, BE IT RESOLVED by the' Cotnncil of the City
cf 9akersfietd, that the polls will be held open for the purpose
of holding said election on said 24th day of March, 1959, between
the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M.
