RESQLUTION NO. 86-58

of $2~500.00 or more in accordance with Section II(D) (2B) (a) and (b) of the plan
of Operation.

BE IT RESOLVED by the ~V$!Ifl4&~~~ of the OitY' of Bakersfield
and hereby ordered that City Manager
be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute on
beh~.lf of Bakersfield C1 vil Defense
that certain Warehouse Issue Sheet.N: R-5646 between the Bakers1'ield Civil
Defense and the State of California, state Educa-
tional Agency for Surplus Property, relating to the personal property therein des-
cribed is annexed hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, and that
Bakersfield Civil Defense agrees thereby to be bound by
all the provisions, transfers, terms, conditions, restrictions, reservations, and
covenants therein set forth.
