'" - /' RESOLUTION NO. 82-58 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE RESULT OF THE CANVASS OF ELECTION RETURNS OF THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD NOVEMBER 4, 1958. WHEREAS, this Council by Ordinance No. 1198 (New Series) called a special bond election to be held in the City of Bakersfield on November 4, 1958, and said bond election was duly consolidated with the state-wide general election held upon the same date; and WHEREAS, the city bond proposition voted upon at said special bond election is as follows, to wit: CITY OF BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BONDS: Shall the City of Bakersfield incur a bonded indebtedness in the principal sum of $3,750,000 for the purpose of the acquisition and construction by said city of a certain municipal improvement, to wit: a municipal auditorium and public assembly building suitable for conventions, trade shows, sports and athletic ....1 events, exhibitions, musical and dramatica1 presentations and group meetings, together with landscaping and off-street parking facilities therefor and including the acquisition of all land, furniture, furnishings, apparatus, equipment and other property necessary therefor? and e .. , CITY OF BAKERSFIELD BOND PROPOSITION PRECINCT.NO. ~ NO.
