RESOLUTIOU NO. 81-58
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield,
did, on the 3rd day of December, 1958, pass a resolution finding that
the inclusion of an additional use, to wit: a Cotton Classing Labora-
tory, in a C-2 (Commercial) Zo.e, would not be more obnoxious or
detrimental to the welfare of the community than the permitted uses
specifically mentioned in SeetlonlO.Ol of Ordinance No. 1010, New
Series, and
WHEREAS, the Coun~il of the City of Bakersfield has considered
said matter and does find that the inolusion of said additional use
in said zone will not be more obnoxious or detrimental to the welfare
of the community than the permitted uses specifically mentioned in
SectionlO.Ol of Zoning Ordinanoe No. 1010, New Series.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 17.03 of Ordinance No. 1010,
New Series of the City of Bakersfield, the Council of said City does
HEREBY RESOLVE that the additional uee, to wit: COTTON CLASSING
LABORATORY be and the same is hereby included as a specifically per-
mitted use in a 0-2 (Commercial) Zone.

I HEREBY OERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 8th day of December, 1958, by the following vote:
