RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLAN AND PROFILE, SPECI-
FICATIONS, CAijEFUL ESTI~~TES~ AND DISTRICT ~MP
IN T,HE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY
SEWERS IlfMYRTLE)~TREET, PINE STREET, CEDAR
ST~ET,BRUNDAGE~NE,SPRUCE STREET AND A CER-
TAINA~" LYING BET\VEEN BRUNDAGE IJlNE AND EGGERS
STREET, ALL WITHIN THE PROPOSED' PUBLIC I:f\iPROVEHENT
DISTRICT NO. 739, IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, Cali-
fornia, in compliance with the order of this City Council of said
City, has submitted to this City Council the estimate of the cost
of, the map of the district to be benefited by, the plans and profile,
and the specifications for the improvem.snt work and construction
hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, after consideration thereof, this City Council desires
at this time to adopt and approve the said plans and profile, speci-
fications,cost estimates and map of ,the district to be benefited.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, that the plans and profile, specifications, estimate9
of cost, and district map of the district to be benefited, as prepared
by the City Engineer of said city, which were submitted and filed
with the City Clerk of said City this 20th day of October, 1958, be
and the same are hereby adopted and approved for the follmdng
improvement work and construction to be done in the City of Bakersfield,
to wit:
The construction of 611 sanitary sewers of vitrified clay
pipe in Myrtle street, Pine Street, Cedar Street and that
alley lying between Brundage Lane and Eggers Street, and
the construction of 811 sanitary S6'tvel'S of vitr'ified clay
pipe in Brundage Lane and Spruce street, together w~th
manholes; lampholes and house co~nections, all within pro-
p(}aed=1'ubli:e~lmpl"ovement'Dicstri'ctNo .739. '- ~-,
That all of the above described work and improvement shall
be done in pursuance of the ttImprovementAct of 1911nbeing Division
1.

7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the state of California.
The plan for said work is delineated on a plan consisting
of three sheets, 'entitled ItPlan for Public Improvement District
No. 73911.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 20th day of October, 1958, by the
folloWing vote:
