RESOLUTION:. NO e~'13-5g
WHEREAS, it is the desire of some of the members of the
Council and other officers of the City, to attend the Conference
of the League of California Cities to be held in Los Angeles on
October 27, 28 and 29th, 1958, and
WHEREAS, the absence of the members of the Council during
said week will make it impossible to hava a quorum for a meeting
of the Council, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council to not hold a meeting
on Monday, October 27, 1958.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, that no meeting of said Cou..."1cil shall be held on Monday,
October 27, 1958, and that the next regular meeting of said Council
shall be held on Monday, November ), 1958~

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 20th day of October, 1958, by the following vote:
