RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE CITY ENGINEER
TO FURNISH THE COUNCIL WITH PLANS.AND
SPECIFICATIONS, TOGETHER WITH CAREFUL
ESTIMATES OF COSTS AND EXPENSES OF WORK
IN THE MATTER OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DIS-
TRICT NO. 739-
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern, State of California, that the City Engineer be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and furnish to this
Council, plans and specifications, together with careful estimates
of the costs and expenses of work in connection with the construc-
tion of sanitary sewers in Public improvement District No. 739-

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 22nd day of September, 1958, by the
following vote:
