A .RESOLUTION 'AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.39-58
WHEREAS,-on.the 30th day of June, 1958, -th~s 0ouncil passed
a resolution being No, 39'58, making appropriations for the govern- '
ment of the City of Bakersfield for. the. fiscal year beginning July 1,
1958 and ending June 30, 1959, adopting a budget for said ·fiscal year
and providing the necessary adjustments and. transfers of appropriations
within said budget., an~ :'~
WHEREAS, Since the passage of said resolution, it has been.
found necessary an~ advisable ~o-increase the appropriations of certain
accounts.
'NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 'by the .Council of the City, of
Bakersfield,.as fellows:
.That said Resolution-No. 39-58, be and the same is hereby 'amended.
by increasing the apprepriationsof the'accoUnts' heroinafter listed,
by the. amounts set forth opposite each account respectively:
