THE AlrgEXATION ~"~COL~GE EIGHTS NO., 4,
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of July, 1958, a petition was filed
with the Council of the -,0ity ef Bakers field requesting the annexa-
tion of certain Uninhabfted' t~r.rit0~y therein described and desig-
nated as "College Heights. No. 4," and ..
WHEREAS, pursuant ~o said petition, the. Council of said City
did, by Resolution No. 48-58, set the 2rid day.of September, 1958,
as the date for hearing objections to said proposed annexation, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to terminate said
proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, that the aforementioned proceedings for the annexation
of that certain territory designated as "College Heights No. 4,"
be and the same are hereby terminated.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution 'was passed and
adopted bY the Council ef the 0ity of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 18th day of August, 1958, by the following vote:
