SeParation of Grade which instrument sets forth certain obligations
ef the ~istrict an~ eli.She City' pertaining to a separation of grade
at lChester Avenue unde~.':the tracks of the Atchison, Topeka .and Santa
Fe Railway, and
W~REAS, it is'the ~nderstanding of the parties to said.agree-
ment that O~her terms and conditions may be added thereto to carry
out the full intent of said. agreement,
NOW, T~.~EFOItE,. RE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, as follows: '
Tt~at the MayCr.:of~"the City of Bakersfield is hereby authorized
and directed to execute the aforesaid agreement with the Separation
of Grade District, on behalf ef the City of Bakersfield.

I ~EREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
