~HEREAS, this Council desires to enter into an agreement
with .,the State Personnel Board, for the centinuation of examination
services during' the year 1958~59, upon the terms and conditions
contained in that certain Agreement No. 4]-58 -
NOW,' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cobraoil of the City
of !Bakersfield that a contract be entered into by and between the
City of Bakersfield and the ~IS~ate Psrsennel Board, and tk~t the
Mayor he"and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute that
certain contract entitled :Cost Service Contract Form B, between
the City of Bakersfield and said State Personnel Board.
I HEREBY CERTIFY ~]~:'the foregoing Res.lution was passed
and adepted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the .23rd day of June, 1958, by the follow-
ing vote:.
