BE IT RESOLVED. ~ THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows: ' '!
1..'The Treas~arer of the City of Bakersfield is hereby auth-
orized ~o.open an active and an inactive account at'the Greenfield
State Bank, Bakersfield, 0alifornia, in an mount not to exceed
$100,000.00 in each.
2. The City Treasurer and the City Auditor, or the City
Auditorsand the Deputy.Treasurer,: or the City Treasurer and the Deputy
Auditor are the persons hereby specified to sign requests for trans-
fers or checks for and on behalf of the City of Bakersfield.
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
certify to'the authenticitylofthe handwritten signatures of the City
Treasurer and his Deputy authorized to sign and the City Auditor and
his Deputy authorized to sign.
I 4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a certified
copy of this Resolution to said Greenfield State Bank.
