BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
that the City Auditor is hereby designated the City Official who shall
make and sign the report required by Section 2151 of the Streets and
Highways Code' of the State of California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 26th day of May, 1958, by the following vote:
