WHEREAS, proposed rules'for the Civil Service Board. for the
Miscellaneous Departments have-been submitted to this Council for
consideration and approval, which. Pules were ~ly filed in the
office of the City Clerk on the 14th day of March, 1958.
NOW, TEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Co,lnci! of the City of
Bakersfield that said rules for the Civil Service Board for the
Miscellaneous Departments be a~d the sans are hereby appPoved.
I HERJEBY '..CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the COuncil of the City of Bakersfield at a regu-
lar meeting thereof held on the 24th day of March, 19%8, by the
