WHEreAS, the Planning O¢~ission of the City of Bakersfield,
did, on the 5th day of February, 195~, pass a~ resolution finding that
the inclusion of an additional ~se, to wit: a Health Studio, in a
C.1 (LimitedCommercial) Zone, weuld not be more obnoxious or detri-'
men~al to the welfare of the community tP~n the permitted uses speci,
fically mentioned in Section 9~I,~1 of Ordinance No. 1010, New Series,
and ~' "
WHEREAS, the 'Council o~ the City of Bakersfield has con-
sidered said matter, an~does find that the inclusion of said additional
use in said zone will not be more obnoxious or detrimental to the
welfare of the community than thelper~itted uses specifically mentioned
in Section 9.01 of Zoning Ordinance No. 1010, New Series.
NOW, TERNFORE,BE IT RESOL~YD,by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that pursuant to Section 17.03 Of ordinance No. 1010,
New Series of theOity of Bakersfield, it is. the opinion of said Coua~cil
that the inclusion of an~additional usa, to wit: HEALTH STUDIO in a
C-1 (Limited Commercial~ Zone', will not be more obnoxious or detri-
mental to the welfare. of the community than the permitted uses speci-
fically mentioned in ,Section 9.01 ,of said. Ordinance No. 1010, New
Series.
