RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF D~!~.-~SPI~D ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPR0VING
T
FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS CODE
to be entered into with the State of California in accordance
with a project statement submitted by the City of Balmrsfield
'for expenditure of the engineerin~ allocation to cities for
the fiscal year 1958, and
WHEREAS, the city council ~ms heard read said agreement
in full and is fan~liarwith the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the
City of Bakersfield that said project statement
be mnd it'iS hereby adopted as the budget of proposed
expenditures of the engineering allocation to cities, end
said agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the
mayor and the city clerk are directed to sign the same on
behalf of said city, said agreement to be binding upon the
city upon its execution by the authorized officials of the
8tare.
