BE IT RESOL~D by the Comcil cf-the City of 5akersf~eld
that that' certain agreement with the Southern. ~aCific Comply
granting to City an easement for a 48-inch Stcrm drain at 'Enginss'~
Station 43~-5 in the City of Bakersfield, is hereby-accepteft
and the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to axecuts said
agreement,
