RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE
APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER '__
OF
STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF
WHEREAS, the State of California~ through its Department
of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment
Number 3 to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway
in the City of I-~A~-:3~.~:~"~ ~ dated j~%37 ~, i957 ~
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment
Number 3 in f~ll and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of DA~S~EEv+~D that said Amendment Number ~ is
hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to
sign the same on behalf of said City°
