BE IT RESOLVED by the Codaoil of the City of Bakersfield,
that all temporary public buildings ez. octed er in use since the
earthquakes of July and August, 1952, p~suant to permits duly issued
by the City of Bakersilield, be an~ tho s~e are hereby allowed to
be maintained and used by the Comity of Kern and to be occupied for
the purpcse of carrying on or discha?ging the duties and functions
of said County, until January l, 1959.
I HEREBY CERTIFf that the foregoing Resolution ~as passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a ragula~
meeting thereof held on the 26th 'day of August, 1957,
