RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ~/.~.,-~;,-.: ~ ~,.).~ ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
MEMORANDUM OF AGE~ENT ~R E~ENDIWRE OF
GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR ~JOR CITY ST~TS.
~EEAS, a~emo~and~'of agreement has been presented
to be entered into ~th the State of California in accord-
ance with a project statement suetted by the City of
,(~al.n~:~off!~id for e~enditure of the gas tax allo-
cation to cities for the fiscal year Rg~C, and
~EEAS, the city co~cil has heard read said agree-
~ent in ~tl and is f~liar with the contents thereof~
TEEFOE, be it resolved by the city comcil of the
City of '-j~'?..~'r~,'-.~'~Zd that said project statement
be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed ex-
penditures of the gas tax allocation to cities, and said
agreement be and the s~e is hereby approved and the mayor
and. the city .clerk are directed to sign the sme on behalf
of said City,' said agreement to be binding upon the City
upon its execution'by 'the authorized officials of the State.
