A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 35-57
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of July, 1957, this Council passed
a Resolution being No. 35-57, making appropriations for the government
of the City of Bakersfield for the fiscal year beginning July l, 1957,
and ending June 30, 1958, adopting a budget for said fiscal year and
providing the necessa~ adjustments and transfers of appropriations
within said budget, and
WHEREAS, since the passage of said resolution, it has been
found necessary and advisable to increase the appropriations of certain
accounts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, as follows:
That said Resolution No. 35-57, be and the same ts hereby
amended by increasing the appropriations of the accounts hereinafter
listed, by the amounts set forth opposite each account respectively:
