BE IT RESOLVED' by the Ccunci! of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
That the boundaries ef the territory so proposed to be amnexed
to the City of Bakersfield are-described as follows..
That certain parcel ef land ·situated .in the County of Kern, $'tate of
California, being a po.rtien of the southwest quarter (S.W.I/h), of
Section 15, Township M South,. Range 28 East, M.D.B.& M., and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest (N.W.) corner of LOt 2, as said Lot.2 is
shown on the map of Tract No. 1903, recorded May 29, 1957, in Book 9
of Maps, at page 139# in-the 'elfice of the ~ County Recorder of Kern

boundary of the City of Bake~sfi~Id, as said corporate boundary is

I HEREBY CERTIFY, that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfleld at a regUlar meeting
