WHEREAS, the California Avenue Park' swimming pool has been
constructed and completed in accordance with the plans, specifi-
cations and contract therefor, and said swimming pool has been
approved by the DirectOr of Public Works of the City of Bakers-
field, and the Notice of Completion. has been filed in connection
with said work. ..
NOW, THEREFORE, .BELT RE~0LVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, that said swimming pool in California Avenue Park be,
and the same is hereby accepted.
I N~REBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at aregular
meeting thereof held on the 15th day .of July, 1957, by the follow-
ing vote:
