AGREEMENT ·WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPART-
~T OF POBLIC WORKS,-.DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS.
BE IT RESOLVED' by She Ceuncll of the City of Bakersfield, that
the Mayer be and he is hereby- :empowered and authorized to execute
'an agreement. between the Oity of. Bakersfield and the-State of +Cali-
fornia, Department of Public Works, DivisiOn of Highways, erevoting
the participation by the Oily' and the. S~ate of California 'in the'
financing of the installation of traffic' signals and intersection
illumination at ~he intersections ef "F", "H" and "Q" Streets wi~h
State Highway Route VI-Eer-58-Bkd (2/~th StY.eel) all within' the City
of Bakersfield, California.
