RE8.QJjJ1TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
, BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA"ORDERJ:Ng~WORK IN THE
,MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION"-OF CUR13S--A'ND GUTTERS'
AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS ON DOLORES STREET, OWENS
STREET, GAGE STREET" ROBINSON STREET, BEALE,
AVENUE AND MILLER STREET" CONCERNING PUBLIC,
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 726 IN SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Bakersfield" State of Cali-
fornia, pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911",'
being Division VII of the Streets and Highways Code of the ,State of
California, does resolve as follows:
The said City Council of ' said City does hereby order the
following work to be done and'improvement to be m~de in said City,
to wit:
The ,improvement of Dolores street between the
center line of Beal Avenue and Miller Street,
and the improvement of Owens St~eet, Gage'
Street, Robinson street, East Half of Beale
Avenue, and the West Half of Miller Street,
between the North Line of the alley to the
North of Dolores Street 'and the South line of
the alley to the South of Dolores ~treet,said
improvements to consist of the following:, The
construction of concrete curbs and gutters,
including 'curb return gutters and cross gutters',
and the removal of anyexis ting subs.tandard curbs
and gutters"
