RESOLUTION OF THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA,
DETERMINING THE GENERAL PREVAILING
WAGE RATES APPLICABLE'TO THE MATTER
OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS AND GUTTERS
AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS ON BANK STREET,
L STREET AND N STREET WITHIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 724, IN SAID
CITY.
The City Council of the City of Bakersfield, California,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code
of the State of California, DOES RESOLVE as follows:
That the City Council of the City of Bakersfield does hereby
ascertain and determine that the general prevailing rate of wages
applicable to the work to be done on Bank Street, L Street, and
N Street in Public Improvement District No. 724, in said City, are
as follows:

Overtime not less than one and one-half (1-1/2) times the
above rates. Sundays and holidays not less than one and one-half
(l-l/2) times the above rates. The holidays upon which such rates
shall be paid shall be all holidays recognized in the collective
bargaining agreement applicable to the particular craft, classifica-
tion or type of workmen employed on the project.
