RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING WORK IN THE
MATER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS AND GUTTERS
AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS ON BANK STREET, L STREET
AND N STREET WITHIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 724, IN SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Bakersfield, State of Cali-
fornia, pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911",
being Division VII of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, does resolve as follows:
The said,City Council of said City does hereby order the
following work to be done and improvement to be made in said City,
to wit:
The construction of curbs and gutters along
the north and south side of Bank Street be-
tween L Street and N Street, including the
removal of certain existing curbs and gutters
located thereon; and the construction of curb
returns and cross gutters at the intersection
of Bank Street with L Street and N Street, City
of Bakersfield,
the same being in Public Improvement District Noo 724, in said City.

lEEBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield on the
l?th day of September, 1956, by the following vote:
