WHEREAS. the Council of .the City of Bakersfield did, o~ the 8th day of January, 1951, pass and adopt Resolution No. 96, ascertaining and determining the prevailing rate of wages to be paid to each craft and type of v~orkmen em- ployed on public works in the City of Bakersfield, Calif- ornia, and WHEREAS, since the date .of said resolution, the pre- vailing rate of wages in the +community for cer'tain crafts and types of workmen has changed NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESL~LlrED by the Council of 'the City of Bakersfield, California, theft it has ascertained and does hereby determine that tb3 general prevailing rats of ]?e.~ diem wages for the crafts and type of worknr~en listed ~.n Exhibits A and B attached b_ere~o, is as indicated on said Exhibits A and B which are me. de a part hereof as if set forth in full herein, and 'that said Resolution No. 96 'is amended accordingly. EXHIBIT A WAGE SCALES FOR THE SIX BASIC TRADES The following wage scales were negotiated in accordance with the terms of the Joint A.G.C.B.C.A.H.B.I.E.G.C.A., A.F.L.- the Master Labor Agreement by , , ' C.I.O. Negotiating Committee. The wage rates listed below cover the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Imperial, Venmra, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Kern, Inyo and Mono.
