RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS A~ SPECIFIC~.TIONS
IN TI_~E._~ M~TTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS
AhD GUTTER~ AND ~HER IMPR0~NTS ON
STREET, L STREET AND N STEET WITHIN
PRO]~O~-D PUBLIC I~-~R0~~ DIS~ICT N0~ 724~
IN TE CITY 0F BA~GRSFELD, CALIFORNIA.
Z~PHEREA~, the City ~n~neer of the City of Bakersfield, Cali-
fornia, in compliance with the order of this City Council of said
City, has submitted to this City Council the estimate of the cost
of, the map of the district to be benefited by, and the plans and
specifications for the improvement work and construction hereinafter
described; and
W}~F~PS, after consideration thereof this City Council desires
at this time to adopt and approve the said plsns and specifications;
NO?Y, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE_,D by this City Council of the City
of Bakersfield that the plans and specifications as prepared by the
City Engineer of the said City, ?,;hich were submitted and filed v~ith
the City Clerk of said City on the 24th day of August, 1956, be
and the same are hereby adopted and approved as and for the plans
and specifications for the following improvement work and construc-
tion to be done in the City of Bakersfield, to wit:
The construction of curbs and gutters along
the north and south side of Bank Street be-
t~een L Street and N Street, including the
removal of certain existing curbs and gutters
located thereon; and the construction of curb
returns and cross gutters at the intersection
of Bank Street ~vith L Street and N Street, City
of Bakersfield.
That all of the above described work and improvement shall
be of the sizes and dimensions and done in the manner and places
and to the grades as shown an~ indicated on the plans and specifica-
tions herewith adopted.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield on the
27~h day of August, 1956, by the following vote:
