as follows:
That it is the intention of the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, and said Council does hereby declare, that the inci-
dental expenses in connection with the improvement of Bank Street,
and the improvement of Dolores Stalest, as contemplated under
Public Improvement Districts No. 724 and No. 726, respectively,
will be paid by the City of Bakersfield.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing 'Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at s regular
meeting thereof held on the E3rd day of July, .1956, by the follo~ing
