that the City Engineer be, and ho 'is hereby authorized and directed
to prepare and furnish tc this Council, plans and specifications~
together with careful estimates of the costs and expenses of the
work in coimection with the doing and making of the work and im~
provement described in Resolution Nee. 84-5~ __, passed and adopted
