RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DAKEI{SFYELD
APPROVING AMENDSRENT NU~ER 2 TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE
OF
STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF BAX~ZA~SFI~Z.I~_
WHEREAS', the State of California~ through its Department
of Public Works, Division of Highways~ has presented Amendment
Number 2 to the Agreement for Maintenance. of the State Highway
in the City of Bakersfield ~ dated July 1~ 1955
WHEREAS~ the City Council has heard read said Amendment
Number 2 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE~ be it resolved bY the City Council Qf the City
of Bakersfield that said Amendment Number 2 is
hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to
sign the same on behalf of said City°
