BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
that the following are the general prevailing rates of wagos
applicable to the work in connection with the construction of
Fire Station No. 8 in the City of Bakersfield:

Any Classification omitted heroin - Eot less than ~2.20.
Overtime - Not less than one and one-half (1-~) times the fore-
going rate s. ......... ~ ': ' '+: ' :
The said overtime rates shall be paid for the hours worked in
excess of the working day, Saturdays, Sundays, ana the holidays
recognized in the collective bargaining agreement applicable to
the ~articular craft, classification or type of workmen employed
on the project.
Apprentices may be employed~ provided they are properly indent-
ured to the Contractor in full .compliance with the provisions of
Section 1777.5 of the 2tare Labor Code.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19th day ~of March,
1956, by the following vote:
