WHEREAS, by virtue of Agreement No. 45-55, Blickshire Hotels and Motor Courts, Inc., a California corporation, agreed to remove certain encroachments from H Street between 32nd Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad right of way, in the City of Bakersfield on or before November 15, 1955, and This Council of the City of Bakersfield having received a re- quest from Mr. Frank Blick for an extension of time, not to exceed two years, within which to remove the remaining encroachments, and this Council having given due consideration to said request and studied the extent of the remaining encroachments, believes that said request should be granted. NOW, TKEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows: 1. That an extension of time, not to exceed two years, is hereby granted to Blickshire Hotels and Motor Courts, Inc., within which to remove the remaining encroachments from the easterly portion of H Street between 32nd Street and the Southern Pacific right of ~vay line. 2. That at any time within said two years, and upon notice, said encroachment shall be removed by said Blickshire Hotels and Motor Courts, Inc., or its successors or assigns. 3. That the bond heretofore deposited with the City by Blick- shire Hotels.and Motor Courts, Inc., guaranteeing the removal of said en- croachments, shall terminate and the same is hereby discharged.
